What?! Where's the website?

Short Answer: I chose to take it down

But why?

  1. The school contacted me, noting many concerns relating to potential harms this website may create.
  2. I do not have the time or energy to moderate this website fairly and legally, especially during university.
  3. Many anonymous reviews were stating anecdotal evidence as fact, which holds me legally liable for defamation.

What if I have genuine concerns with a staff member that I want to be shared?

Report It!!!!

Bringing your issue to school admins can help solve problems, you should also talk to a trusted parent/guardian about your concerns, if possible.

If your problem is with an admin directly, or you beleive the admin's solution was inadequate, then you should contact the school division itself.

What if I want to hear student's opinions on staff members?

You are always able to ask other students for their individual opinions/experiences with a given teacher. Nobody can stop you from doing that.

How did you make this website?

This website was programmed with HTML and TypeScript, and published using two services called Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. For those curious, this website's frontend and backend code is public at these two links:
